please don’t help or support mentally ill people if you’re going to get impatient and ignore them when they show symptoms of their illness, it makes us feel like no one cares about our problems and we’re just burdening others

this is very important to me bc i feel like i annoy u guys a lot and when people ignore me being needy it makes me feel worse and more suicidal
